No boats, trailers, RVs, campers or motorcycles are permitted to be parked on condominium property for any length of time. 2. No dogs or other pets are permitted in unit or on property. There is an exception for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals – submission of supporting documentation IS REQUIRED WITH THE RENTAL INFO FORM. 3. Pool and spa rules must be observed. Pool and Spa are open from 9AM TO DUSK, due to limited lighting. NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL is permitted at the pool. 4. No towels or clothing items to be hung on balconies or walls. 5. No unruly, illegal or immoral behavior will be tolerated. Law enforcement will be involved if necessary. 6. Association Manager may be contacted in an emergency situation ( 407.628.1086 x 301), but all other problems or concerns with the rental unit should be addressed directly to the owner or their rental management company 7. No Gas or Charcoal Grills are permitted on Patios or Balconies by the Cape Canaveral Fire Codes. No PERSONAL/GUEST grills may be used anywhere else on the property. Charcoal grills are provided on both the north and south sides of the property for guest use. Electric grills are allowed as long as they do not burn wood chips or pellets in them. 8. Guests MUST wash all sand off beach gear prior to entering the unit. Use the shower and hose at the end of each beach walkway. 9. The City of Cape Canaveral has a QUIET ordinance that must be observed: 10pm to 9am – please be considerate of the other guests staying in close proximity when outside of your unit and in the parking lot. 10. The Association Manager may be contacted in an emergency at 407.628.1086 x301 after calling 911. Problems and concerns about the rental unit should be addressed to the Property Manager or Owner. We loved staying at Lisa's place. It was beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. The beach was gorgeous. It was close to all the good restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Lisa’s place. The location was perfect, steps to the beach and pool. We got to watch a rocket launch from the beach…something my kids all said was the highlight of their trip. Lisa was so sweet to give us the launch details and reminder so we didn’t miss it. Everyone at the pool and in the condo area were also very nice. 15/10 would stay again!!
